Abstract submission guidelines and deadlines will be provided on the webinar website. Please refer to these guidelines when preparing and submitting your abstract for consideration.

Each Keynote Presenter will have 30-45 minutes, while Oral Presenter will have 20-25 minutes for presentation including Q/A session.

Each Poster Presenter will have 10-15 minutes for presentation including Q/A.

All presenters are requested to present their paper only in English.

We do not provide any translators during presentations. However, you can hire your own translator for the presentation.

Dr. Ali Kashani

academic at UNSW Sydney

Dr. Ali Kashani, an academic at UNSW Sydney, leads groundbreaking research in sustainable construction materials. His primary focus is the development of innovative, low-carbon concrete and cementitious materials for construction and mining industries, notably in ‘Construction Automation’ and 3D printing.

His pioneering work extends to ‘Circular Economy’ applications, including waste valorization and carbon capture. With research grants totalling $7 million, he holds a patent and has authored over 100 publications with 10,000 citations. Recognized with awards like the ‘Excellence in Concrete,’ his impact is reflected in media coverage and leadership roles in industry alliances. Dr. Kashani’s commitment extends to community engagement, including roles at MECLA, RILEM, and ASTM committees, showcasing his dedication to sustainable infrastructure and fostering innovation.

Orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeon Dr. Michael Yam Gui Jie has more than 10 years of experience.

His clinical specialities include ​Trauma Surgery and orthopaedic surgery.

He is a member of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore, Singapore and the Singapore Medical Council.

Dr. Michael Yam Gui Jie has completed his MBBS and M.Med from the National University of Singapore, Singapore.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) and MRCP (UK).

He is the author of various papers and publications.

Dr. Michael Yam Gui Jie is well-versed in Mandarin and English.
