- No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
- If you are unable to attend the webinar, you may nominate a substitute participant to attend in your place at no additional cost.

- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the webinar, participants will be notified promptly.
- No refunds will be provided for discounted payments.
